We've had trouble finding and keeping a good scribe for my medical practice. Plaud takes my consultation and postop visits directly into consultation and SOAP notes that can be cut and pasted into the EMR. It literally works perfectly and doesn't miss a thing that Is said, stuff i would normally miss or forget by the time I walk out of the room. More accurate than a scribe, and AI writes the note the way I would as a physician, in a professional and thorough way. Amazing little product that will increase my efficiency and productivity so much! I'm so happy with it. I literally just talked to the patient as I would in any postop visit for example, and it transcribes all of our pertinent conversation directly to a Soap note. The AI is unbelievable, and those people that don't take advantage of the efficiency are going to be left in the dust, taking a lot of time writing notes Instead of being productive.

I bought the note pin about a month ago with the pro plan. It's exceeded my expectations and surprises me often. I took it to a conference and recorded several of the presentations that were in a very noisy environment. It did amazingly well. The custom templates are very helpful, I'm still learning how to use them. I recommend the device. It's great!
