Plaud Brand & Promotion Compliance Policy
To protect brand integrity and ensure compliant marketing practices, all partners and affiliates must strictly follow the policies outlined below.
1. Brand Assets Usage Guidelines
1.1 Authorized Materials Only
All brand assets, including but not limited to logos, visual elements, product images, and brand graphics, must be sourced exclusively from the Official Brand Asset Library (Impact Ads Library or the designated Google Drive folder).
Only the latest approved versions may be used.
No modifications, distortions, recoloring, or redesigns are permitted.
Outdated or self-created brand materials are strictly prohibited.
1.2 Co-Branding Restrictions
To avoid misleading representations of official partnerships, the following are strictly prohibited:
Parallel placement of “Brand Logo + Affiliate Logo” implying official collaboration.
Any co-branding format including, but not limited to:
Interlocking or overlapping logos
Gradient fusion or blended logo effects
Joint trademark symbols (™ / ®)
Any design suggesting joint ownership, endorsement, or certification
Any co-branding usage requires prior written approval from the Brand Team.
2. Promotion Methods Policy
2.1 Channel Standards
Affiliates must maintain clear differentiation from official brand channels.
Do not replicate or imitate the visual style, layout, or design of the brand’s official website.
Do not create social media accounts, handles, or verification names using the brand name or variations thereof.
2.2 Sub-Affiliate Rules
Sub-affiliates, secondary partners, or traffic sources are strictly prohibited from:
Contacting influencers, publishers, or media outlets in the name of the brand.
Presenting themselves as official brand representatives.
Affiliates are fully responsible for ensuring their sub-partners comply with all policies.
2.3 Advertising Compliance
Strictly Forbidden Activities:
Traffic hijacking or misleading redirections
Malicious or deceptive price comparison campaigns
Unauthorized brand keyword bidding (including Google Ads or other paid search platforms)
Paid Campaign Approval Requirement:
All paid advertising campaigns must receive written approval from the Brand Team prior to launch.
2.4 Platform Restrictions
Promotions are strictly prohibited on platforms involving:
Pornography or adult content
Gambling
Illegal substances
Any unlawful or inappropriate content environments
3. Content Guidelines
3.1 Truthfulness & Accuracy
All promotional content must be accurate, transparent, and aligned with official brand communications.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Falsifying or exaggerating product functionalities
Fabricating user testimonials or reviews
Creating unauthorized “limited-time” offers or discounts
All promotions must match officially announced campaigns.
3.2 Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Content must not include:
Restricted or unapproved medical claims
Discriminatory, offensive, or misleading language
Unverified certifications or endorsements
Non-compliant content must be removed immediately upon notice.
3.3 Prohibited Terminology
The following terms (or similar expressions) may not be used without explicit written authorization:
“Official Partnership”
“Brand-Certified”
“Strategic Collaboration”
Any wording implying official endorsement or formal cooperation
4. Compliance Process
4.1 Pre-Approval Requirements
Account Verification
New affiliate accounts will undergo an initial compliance review within 5 business days.
Campaign Submission
Promotion plans must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to launch for approval.
4.2 Ongoing Monitoring
Active campaigns are subject to monthly compliance audits.
Violations may result in immediate campaign suspension, commission withholding, or termination of partnership.
Third-Party Promotions Disclaimer
Plaud has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Any promotional offers, promo codes, or discounts (""Promotions"") displayed by third-party websites may be outdated, inaccurate, or unauthorized and do not constitute a binding offer from Plaud.
You acknowledge and agree that Plaud shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by reliance on third-party content, goods, or services.
